LALA Academy is a dynamic leadership academy created by JCI İzmir to support the growth of future leaders. Through interactive sessions, real-life challenges, reflection, and peer exchange, participants explore self-leadership, communication, team dynamics, decision-making, multicultural leadership, and practical project leadership.
LALA is not a traditional training program. It is a journey of discovering, practicing, connecting, and leading.
The name "LALA" is inspired by a meaningful historical role. In the Ottoman era, Lala was a respected guide and educator responsible for supporting the development of future leaders. This role represented wisdom, character, responsibility, and guidance.
Today, LALA Academy carries this legacy into a modern leadership experience — guiding participants to become more conscious, capable, and impactful leaders.
